Layer-by-Layer Breakdown Bitumen Base OR Concrete Base
1. Primer Layer
The Foundation of Strength
The first step in our court-building process is applying a high-quality acrylic primer that deeply penetrates the concrete surface. This layer:
✔ Seals minor cracks and pores in the base.
✔ Prevents delamination, ensuring a strong bond between layers.
✔ Acts as a moisture barrier, reducing the risk of damage over time.
Thickness: 0.2 - 0.3 mm
2 & 3. Acrylic Resurfacer
Creating a Seamless Base
The next two layers form a smooth, resilient surface by filling in imperfections and reinforcing the court’s durability. This resurfacing process:
✔ Provides an even, non-porous texture for consistent ball response.
✔ Enhances grip and playability by ensuring uniformity.
✔ Strengthens the foundation, increasing the longevity of the court.

4, 5 & 6. Cushion Layers
Built for Comfort & Performance
Designed for shock absorption and player comfort, these cushion layers reduce joint stress and muscle fatigue. Made from acrylic with fine rubber granules, they:
✔ Provide a slight bounce-back effect, optimizing player movement.
✔ Reduce impact on knees, ankles, and joints, enabling longer play sessions.
✔ Enhance court flexibility, ensuring a high-performance feel underfoot.

7, 8 & 9. Acrylic Color Coating
The Final Touch
The top layers give the court its bold, durable, and professional finish while also serving a functional role. Using UV-resistant pigments and anti-slip technology, these coatings:
✔ Deliver a vibrant, long-lasting color that resists fading.
✔ Provide excellent grip, reducing slip risks for players.
✔ Protect against wear, weather conditions, and heavy usage.
