Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.To cancel an order, please contact us at info@fyn-x.com with your order details.If the cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- For items purchased through our retail outlets and partnered outlets, please provide a copy of the invoice.
- Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for return.
- Damaged and defective product replacement will be process in 5 to 10 days.
How to Initiate a Return?

- Provide your order details along with clear images of the product along with reason of return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement or refund will be processed.
Refund Policy

- In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
Non-Returnable Items
