Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• For items purchased through our retail outlets and partnered outlets, please provide a copy of the invoice.
• Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be eligible for return.
• Damaged and defective product replacement will be process in 5 to 10 days.

How to Initiate a Return?

• Provide your order details along with clear images of the product along with reason of return.
• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

• The refund will be credit to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (unless received in a defective condition).
